Description
The G-Rap is a 3D printer designed to work with the Printrbot Maker's Kit (2016). It uses a mix of laser cut panels and printed pieces to give a total build area of 256mm (10in)x 200mm(8in)x 200mm(8in). The printer uses 12mm steel rods for all axis' and an ubis hotend with a direct drive head setup for extrusion. The current setup is designed to use aluminum tape strips on the edges of the glass and has proven to be highly effective as an inexpensive and reliable system.
Files will be released shortly. The printer will be licensed under GBL Non-Commercial.
