The Mendel LED Print Light is an idea that a lot of people have had. We like to see the object being printed and to be able to do this you need sufficient lighting. This hardware addition is designed to fill this need - LET THERE BE LIGHT!

Features
- Should always be on when the machine has power
- A: probably easiest to pull the power off the 12v DC source, then.
- Should provide sufficient light to see the object being printed.
- A: a couple of high-power white LED's or an array of cheap white LED's. I prefer just one or two to save space by the hot end.
- What about cold cathode CFL?
- Should be easy to install.
- A: we need instructions a baby could follow.
