3D printer codename: Wallace is a unit that is currently in progress. Construction began during the 2nd week of the Spring semester (January 2014). The effort is headed by Brandon Tunkel. The design is a modification of the RepRap Wallace printer, dubbed the 3DM1. The build is slated to reach completion by the end of the Spring semester.
This page is for information about the PSU Unit White (Ψ). This unit is of the Mendel/Prusa hybrid variety. All of the printed parts were printed by other units in our group. The printer has a heated bed, use it at 55C with Kapton tape, not blue tape. This printer will be shown at the College of Engineering Design Showcase at The Bryce Jordan Center on December 12, 2013. As of now this printer that is owned by the class that has a working heated bed. Due to it having a heated bed we use one of ourATX PSU Dev Boards on it.

Thermistor for the bed is loose and needs to be re-soldered. Currently the thermistor is under a washer on the bed, which gives a fairly accurate bed temperature reading.
